Enjoy International Gourmet Meals right in your Vacation Villa, whenever you want. Chef and Provision Services are contracted thru Caribbean Sol Catering in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico.

Their owner, Chef Leonard Kraus has over 30 years experience in International and Gourmet Catering, has owned a successful Napa Valley Restaurant and Catering Company (Cafe Brix), worked as a Celebrity Chef in Hawaii, California and Florida, and has opened restaurants and catering companies in New York (Aldente in Sloatsburg), California (Kung Food in San Diego), Hawaii (Longhi's in Lahaina, Maui), Colorado (The Good Earth in Boulder), Pennsylvania (The Canal House in New Hope), Jamaica (Alfred's Ocean Palace and The Golden Sunset in Negril) and Mexico (Latutude 20°). Chef Lenny specializes in Italian, Napa Valley Wine Country, Japanese Macrobiotics, and other Natural Foods Cuisines.

His team of International Chefs bring their own fresh and innovative ideas to your Villa with Specialties from Italy, the United States and three different regions of Mexico. The range of our collective cuisines include (alphabetically) Argentine Churasco, California Wine Country, Italian (Northern and Sicilian), Japanese Sushi, Kentucky Blue Grass, Mexican and Traditional Mayan Yucatecan, Natural Food, Macrobiotic, Pritikin Cooking,Spanish Paella & Tapas and Thai.

Our bi-lingual Chefs can assist with the planning and shopping, cook, serve and clean up afterwards. We’ll bring assistants and bartenders if required. Let us know your interests and preferences and we’ll pre-design a menu that creativity reflect the Chef and the bounty of the Season. Menu finalization occurs the day of the event, after the Chef has returned from the Market. CATERED MEAL PACKAGES with Chef and Food

DINNERS

  • International and Fusion Cuisines are priced at $40 per guest
  • Local Cuisines are priced at $30 per guest
  • $150 minimum charge

BREAKFAST, BRUNCH, LUNCH, HORS d’ OEUVRES

  • $100 minimum charge.
  • Most Menus are priced at $20 per guest

HOLIDAY RATES

  • increase approximately 50% for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day, and Easter Sunday

PRICES and QUOTES

  • include Chef and Food. Not included are Beverages or Bartenders. These can be arranged when we confirm your Reservation.
  • Additional food, beverages or personnel may incur additional costs.
  • We add 15% gratuity and 10% tax to all Services.
  • We discount 10% for Cash or Traveler Checks.

VIP PACKAGES with Butler, Chef, Food and Beverages

  • FULL DAY VIP SERVICE- $100 per guest with a $400 Minimum. Includes VIP Staff, Food and Beverages for 3 Meals each Day
    • STAFF- Butler, Chef and Assistants for up to 12 hours
    • FOOD- Breakfast, Lunch, Hors d’Oeuvres & Dinner
    • BEVERAGES- Bar Service from Lunch thru Dinner
    • SUGGESTED SCHEDULE –
      • 9am- Butler and Chef serve Breakfast
      • 1pm Lunch served, Bar Service begins
      • 5pm Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvre served
      • 7pm Dinner served
      • 9pm Food and Beverage Services over, Staff leave premises. Bar remains open and self-serve
  • HALF DAY VIP SERVICE- $90 per guest, $300 Minimum Fee. Includes VIP Staff, Food and Beverages for 2 Consecutive Meals each Day
    • STAFF- Butler, Chef and Assistants for up to 8 hours
    • FOOD- Lunch (or Brunch), Hors d’Oeuvres & Dinner
    • BEVERAGES- Bar Service from Lunch thru Dinner
    • SUGGESTED SCHEDULE –
      • 1pm Lunch served, Bar Service begins
      • 5pm Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvre served
      • 7pm Dinner served
      • 9pm Food and Beverage Services over, Staff leave premises. Bar remains open and self-serve
  • DINNER VIP SERVICE- $80 per guest, $300 Minimum Fee. Includes VIP Staff, Food and Beverages for Dinner each Day
    • STAFF- Butler, Chef and Assistants for up to 6 hours
    • FOOD- Hors d’Oeuvres & Dinner
    • BEVERAGES- our Basic Bar available thru Dinner

      • 9pm Food and Beverage Services over, Staff leave premises. Bar remains open and self-serve
